Northern NJ Community Foundation Honored With Flat Rock Brook's Trustee Award

(Englewood, New Jersey) -- The Northern New Jersey Community Foundation (NNJCF) and its President, Michael Shannon, were honored with the Flat Rock Brook Nature Association's Trustee Award at the nature preserve's 2017 Recognition Dinner on May 16 at the Rockleigh Country Club. The NNJCF, the only community foundation focusing on this region, and Shannon were recognized for their contributions and vital support of the nature center's work.

Northern NJ Community Foundation Collected and Donated Art Supplies to Teaneck Creek Conservancy

The civil complaint alleges False Arrest, Conspiracy, falsifying evidence, False imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, defamation, legal malpractice, and several other cause of actions. Englewood Students Give Back With The Community Chest

(Englewood, New Jersey; April 23, 2017)-- The Community Chest, a nonprofit organization serving eastern Bergen County, is teaching another generation about the importance of philanthropy and community service. Dwight Morrow High School students involved with The John Grieco Scholarship Fund, an afterschool club that teaches high school students about community service and charitable giving, volunteered with The Community Chest, as the organization prepared for its 2017 Annual Spring Gathering that will take place on May 3.

Rep. Pascrell To Hold Town Hall Meeting in Tenafly

PATERSON, N.J. – U.S. Representative Bill Pascrell, Jr. (NJ-09), New Jersey's only member of the powerful Ways and Means Committee, will be hosting a town hall meeting at Tenafly Middle School on Monday, April 24, 2017.
